By accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by the terms applicable to website visitors. By engaging Bravo Security Services for any security solutions, you, the “Client,” agree to be bound by the entirety of these Terms, which are superseded only by the specific provisions of a written and signed Service Agreement between you and Bravo Security Services.
Bravo Security Services is a fully licensed private security company operating under the authority of the Alberta Security Services and Investigators Act. We provide professional security solutions, including but not limited to, licensed security guard services, mobile patrol, loss prevention, event security, construction site security, concierge security, alarm response, and fire watch services. Our primary service area includes Calgary, Airdrie, Cochrane, Chestermere, Okotoks, and the surrounding Rocky View County in Alberta.
The Website is provided for informational purposes to current and potential clients. You may use the Website to learn about our Services and to contact us for a quote or consultation.

Should you choose to submit information through our contact forms, you are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information. Providing false or misleading information may result in our refusal to provide a quote or Services.

All security services provided by Bravo Security Services are governed by a separate, comprehensive written Service Agreement. The terms of the Service Agreement, once signed, will prevail over these general Terms in the event of any conflict. The content on this Website does not constitute a binding offer of service.
Bravo Security Services reserves the right to decline to provide services to any potential client for any reason, including but not limited to, safety concerns for our personnel or activities that contravene our operational or ethical standards.
All Services are performed in strict compliance with the Alberta Security Services and Investigators Act and its associated regulations.
Any quote or pricing information provided through the Website or over the phone is an estimate only. A formal, binding quote will be provided in writing and confirmed in the final Service Agreement.
Specific payment terms, invoicing schedules, and consequences for late payments (including interest charges) will be detailed in your signed Service Agreement. All prices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
Security services are a critical component of risk mitigation. However, the Client acknowledges that the presence of security personnel and systems serves to deter and reduce risk but cannot guarantee the complete prevention of all theft, vandalism, damage, or unauthorized access. Bravo Security Services does not represent or warrant that our Services will prevent all incidents or losses.
In the event of any loss, damage, or claim arising from the performance or non-performance of our Services, the total liability of Bravo Security Services, its directors, officers, and employees shall be limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Services rendered under the applicable Service Agreement in the preceding month.
Under no circumstances shall Bravo Security Services be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
Bravo Security Services shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly, forces beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, and interruptions, loss or malfunctions of utilities, communications or computer (software and hardware) services.
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, service descriptions, and the Bravo Security name and tagline, are the exclusive intellectual property of Bravo Security Services. This content is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark laws. No part of the Website may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

Bravo Security Services shall treat all non-public information obtained from the Client as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, security assessment data, site plans, patrol routes, access codes, and incident reports.
The Client agrees to treat Bravo Security’s proprietary information, including our operational procedures, pricing structures, and training methods, as confidential and agrees not to disclose such information to any third party, especially competitors.
The terms for the termination of a service relationship by either party will be explicitly defined in the signed Service Agreement.
Bravo Security Services reserves the right to suspend Services immediately and without prior notice in the event of:
These Terms and any Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Alberta located in Calgary.
Bravo Security Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website or our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
